1997	October	OIT Call Center Launched
1998	January	Proposal on “School Administration Information System” submitted, which included 1.) Management System for personnel, academic, accounting, and general affairs, 2.) Information service for students, teachers, executive staffs, and decision announcement, 3.) Establishment for e-office system, e-mails, and e-flow.
	May	Sun Enterprise 10000 mainframe launched and becomes the pioneer of electronic academic administration system in Taiwan
	August	Launch “e-office system” by implementing “Campus Info Sharing platform” and “e-ID” staffs
	October	“Management system for personnel” launched.
1999	January	Assigning “IT seed instructor” to host seminar per semester to share IT knowledge and inspire discussion.
	January	Launch “Personal Information Service System” for students to pre-select courses and to search info within campus.
	February	Management system for academic launched.
	May	“e-paper for Document and Files” project launched
	August	Campus IC Smart Card presented, a Hybrid IC Card that integrates personal ID, entrance management, facility management, and e-pocket.
	October	“Campus Information station” launched
2000	April	Campus backbone bi-loop Gigabit network complete.
	May	Campus wireless LAN network complete
	June	Utility percentage of campus IC smart card climbs over 50% among all university in Taiwan
	June	Began using IBM Shark storage system for construction on IT info database
	July	To create system development and analysis internship by offering “FCU Programming Summer Course” for all students
	July	“The electron official document management system” launched, starting on-line signature, auto job assignment, internal inspect, and e-paper exchange.
	September	ADSL dormitory construction completes, providing integrated data and voice service, especially VoIP for telecom service.
	October	Pioneering “e-Book Learning Project” to subsidy students on purchasing notebook to enter wireless e-learning era.
	December	Attending 2000 Central IT Exhibition to demonstrate the fruit of the E-campus revolution in Feng-Chia.
