Implementation for Next generation IT Platform
     The ultimate goal is to implement a highly stable, reliable, safeguarded, mobile, and expandable IT platform, turning the core of the Internet Data Center into one management kernel for instant monitoring, equipment & chamber supervision, network & mainframe management, which integrates telecom, network, telephone, and mainframe system to offer 24 hours a day, seven days a week non-stop service.

E-learning environment
     Having established and combined software and hardware resources, OIT creates an e-learning environment by offering as many as 12 Labs facilitated with LCD monitors, PENTIUM III or above system, and application software tools of more than 50. Not to mention the “Simultaneous Distance Learning program” that provides the best teaching and learning atmosphere, and most importantly, the best learning data base which can be acquired at anytime and anywhere.

Application in School Administration
     OIT intends to enhance efficiency by simplifying necessary procedure, promoting IT knowledge, and building up auto-office, and as a result, to construct personalized, mobilized, and globalized IT platform under one integrated, digitalized, synchronized mechanism to realize integrated school administration system.

Call Center
     In order to speed up quality service, OIT sets up an Call Center at third floor of Jen-Yen building by providing single contact window to render service for staffs and students. All requests will be automatically categorized and evenly distributed to all personnel, and supervised in real-time.
